Listen to their ideas and make sure you talk with them to see how they feel. Don't forget that a lifestyle of all work or all play is not good - neither one will fulfill you! If you add your leisure time to your schedule, you will be sure to have down time in your busy life. There are many simple ideas you can put into action.
