I counsel lots of acne sufferers daily. Some are amazingly successful right off the bat. While others struggle in the beginning. Those that struggle Ive observed have a few things in common. Heres some of my observations of the pitfalls acne sufferers face and how to side-step them. #1 Mistake: They see their skin as the cause of the trouble and try to correct their skin... Acne, every kind of acne, whether its teen, adult, body, or cystic acne has nothing to do with your skin. Now before you think Ive lost my mind listen to me... Your skin, rather the health of your skin is only an outside mirror of your internal health. To resolve your acne dilemma you must eternally give up the notion that you will be able to put something on your skin that will cure your acne...that the problem is with your skin. How do you correct the inner problem? We will get to that so stay tuned. #2 Mistake: Acne sufferers dont have a keen knowledge of whats causing their acne... Some shout sugar causes acne. Others say too much sex, or not enough sex, or birth control pills, or lack of birth control pills. While others exclaim its the wrong diet, or bad sanitation. While others swear food has nothing to do with it...its all genetic. And plenty of other theories. (By the way, all of them are wrong. None of them are the true cause of acne.) And because they dont understand WITH accuracy whats the true cause of their acne they try lots of totally useless cures, none of which ever addresses the true cause of their acne. The most important first step to curing your acne is to discover exactly whats causing it. (Please see my report on The Real Cause Of Your Acne. #3 Mistake: If they are lucky enough to learn whats the cause of they dont have an effective strategy or procedure to correct the problem... ...Or they are absent an vital part thats preventing them from solving the problem. So they give up for awhile, only to jump on the next acne fad or quick-fix cream or gel. But they never correct whats causing acne. They end up suffering longer when they dont have to. And they suffer more when its unnecessary. Please hear me... ...You deserve this reward. Make the time to understand whats the root acne cause and how to cure it. Trust me, getting this education is the best use of your time. But know who you are listening to... Almost no one knows whats causing your acne. There are so many myths and misconceptions.
