Start Your Morning With An Intention

Whether we realize it or not we are all currently living out our days as a result of our intentions. Every action, every decision must first be a thought or an idea and we use intention to take action upon that thought. So if your intentions govern the action to which your thoughts manifest themselves into reality then your reality has been created largely by your thoughts you had yesterday. If you don't like the reality in which you are currently living then you will want to pay attention to this simple and yet profound exercise that can really change the way you live your life.

We all know that the way in which we start our day can have a bearing on the kind of day we experience. So why not create your intention right at the beginning of your day before you have had a chance to stuff it up.

This is exactly what the power of intention is suggesting. That you have it within your control an ability to largely create the experience of your day, whether that be a happy experience, stressful experience, angry experience etc.

So here is the experiment you have been waiting for. Tomorrow morning before you struggle your way out of bed and go through your morning routine like a half zombie, start your morning with an intention of how you want your day to pan out. Stay in bed for that extra few minutes why you visualize your day and create that expectation deep in your heart that this will come into reality. Then tell your mind that you want to see signs throughout the day that confirm to you without a doubt that the coincidences you experience are indeed not by pure chance.

Do this every morning and you will find that your days start to create little miracles that confirm your intention you set in the morning. As you become more and more confident that you have within you the power to create your reality, you will be more and more expectant. As they say, that which you focus most intently on will often come to pass in our lives.

If you are a little skeptical, that's perfectly alright. Why not give it a try anyway and see for yourself. After all what is an extra few minutes every morning going to do to your life, and if this works for you it might actually be the best few minutes spent in your day.
