If you can, find a company that offers free training in the sales process. What are the rewards? If you do all the work and make all the sales, what will you get in return? Obviously, you should look for the plan that gives you the best value for you efforts. You might want to check the history of the company as well, to see if it has a track record of making good money for its affiliates.
