Executive Private Jets with seating capacity up to 100 passengers are also available for charter for larger groups. The seating capacity can also depend upon the interior design of the aircrafts. Aircrafts with the interior designed like office rooms or even like living rooms are available for charter. In short, there are aircrafts available to fit the size and style of your groups. The Cost Typically, the cost of chartering an aircraft is quoted by the hour for the actual time that the aircraft is in operation. This depends on the operational costs of the type of aircraft you choose. Piston engined aircrafts with seating capacity up to 4 people would cost anywhere between $300 and $400 per hour, turboprops range from $700 to $1000 per hour and a business jet will set you back by anywhere between $1,500 and $5,000 per hour.
