Remember the Dot.com and IT job market implosion? It was back in 2000 when the bottom fell out and technology workers have suffered ever since. It was the fourth consecutive quarter with year-to-year declines, according to a report by Challenger, Gray & Christmas. The computer jobs with the hottest prospects include network systems analysts, data base administrators and computer software engineers, according to a labor market analyst with the News York State Labor Department.
