Just by looking at these numbers it is easy to see how window tint works to keep out the sun's damaging rays. Quality window tint film also blocks the harmful and dangerous UV rays that not only are the rays that cause cancer, but are also the most damaging to your car's interior. In addition these films also keep out the infra red rays that are the source of heat build up in your car. The exact amount of light reflected and heat kept out depends upon the tint that you choose. Before choosing window tint for your vehicle check the local laws in your area, some cities even have municipal ordinances that super cede state laws.
