Thread the button to the fabric with a bit of wire that is fine enough that it isn't unsightly, then use a bit of ribbon to make a loop from the button. These loops can then be used to hang the treatment from a curtain rod. Whatever way you choose to do your curtains, your only limitation is your creativity. If you have an idea, try it out and see if it works. If it does, you get a new set of curtains, and if it doesn't, you get to keep trying.
