Mixture 1: · Two tablespoons of mint · Juice of one squeezed lime · Two cloves of garlic · One tablespoon of honey · Three cups of boiling water Mixture 2: · Ginger · Hot water · Honey · Potato starch Dehydration is often a cause of headaches. One simple home remedy is to drink lots of water. Decreased sugar intake can also lead to headaches. This is why drinking honey in water is often suggested by a lot of people to get rid of a headache. A tension headache can be eased by massaging a few drops of peppermint oil into your temples. Apparently the peppermint appears to prevent your body from sending pain signals to your central nervous system. Obviously, your headache can be caused by a number of different factors, and it is important to seek medical advice if it does not subside after a day in case it indicates something more serious.
