This business brings in profit according to the effort exerted by the person involved. Once I start in the business, I will have to work hard to sell the product. I need to meet my own sale quota to get commissions. If I bring in more people, I do not benefit anything by purely recruiting them. I need to work with them so that they can achieve their sales quota and earn their commissions. If they meet their sales quota and I met my sales quota, then I can get commission from their sales as well. If I do not met my sales quota, then I will get nothing from their sales.
