Home Treatments Fruits and vegetables are effective for the cure of acne. People with black skin can apply a paste of cucumber, lime, honey, oats, lemon, tea tree oil, tomatoes, orange, oats and turmeric. They can wash it off after 15-30 minutes for the eradication of excess oil and the killing of bacteria causing acne.
