You can do things like providing extra gifts and bonuses with your products, sending your products first class and as soon as you receive payment, providing phone support and other little things that will make a big difference to your long term success. 4) Be Professional. On ebay you will find that some people are just impossible to deal with, they will cause you all sorts of problems, never be pleased no matter what you do, leave you terrible feedback and things like that but you must not let these people affect how you run your business, when someone does something to you that is completely inappropriate it can be very tempting to tell them what you think of them but you shouldn't, you should always maintain your professionalism even if it is being tested to extreme levels. 5) Continue to learn and tweak your business. There are always new things that people can learn, even the most successful people can learn new things, so you should always be looking out for things that you can use in your business to make it better and always try to improve your business.
